U\u017e n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f nev\u00edm, co je to bolest hlavy nebo jin\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u011bla, jsem v&nbsp;psychick\u00e9 pohod\u011b a zd\u00e1 se mi, \u017ee v\u0161e l\u00e9pe zvl\u00e1d\u00e1m. Tak pro\u010d byste to nemohli zkusit tak\u00e9?&nbsp;Za\u010dn\u011bte te\u010fTak\u00e9 jste n\u011bkdy nad j\u00f3gou p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161leli? Pak do toho jd\u011bte. Po n\u011bjak\u00e9 dob\u011b ji\u017e budete schopni cvi\u010dit sami, bez pomoci nebo spole\u010dn\u011b s&nbsp;videi, kter\u00fdch jsou na Youtube stovky.&nbsp;Odm\u011bna jist\u00e1Klidn\u00e1 mysl, dobr\u00e1 n\u00e1lada, pru\u017en\u00e9 a zdrav\u00e9 t\u011blo, prot\u00e1hnut\u00e9 v\u0161echny svaly v&nbsp;t\u011ble a spoustu \u017eivotn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jste mo\u017en\u00e1 d\u0159\u00edve kv\u016fli hektick\u00e9 dob\u011b p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017eeli. Zn\u00ed to jako poh\u00e1dka? Mo\u017en\u00e1. Ale pro\u010d to nezkusit? V\u017edy\u0165 kdo z&nbsp;n\u00e1s necht\u011bl v&nbsp;poh\u00e1dce \u017e\u00edt?
